WILKES-BARRE – A man convicted of killing Bryan Kocis, of Dallas Township, and sentenced to life in prison for the January 2007 murder, has appealed his sentence and conviction to the state Supreme Court.

Harlow Cuadra, 29, of Virginia, filed court papers last week stating he is appealing his sentence and conviction that was upheld in October by the state Superior Court. Cuadra filed the papers through his attorney, Demetrius Fannick. TimesLeader

IT SHOULD BE NOTED that The PA Courts initially refused to over turn the Juvenile convictions levied by Judges Conahan and Ciavarella until the public outcry became to loud for the PA Courts to ignore.

It has been pretty much ESTABLISHED at the Federal Court Level that "the constitutional right to legal counsel INCLUDES the right to the counsel of your choice, this was established via the famous KPMG Tax Case in New York. So, it is only a matter of time before Cuadra's conviction is thrown out. One Big Important Point is that, in the KPMG Case, all charges against the defendant were dismissed by the Federal Judge, because the Judge said that the US Attorney "went to far" in preventing the Defendant from retaining the counsel of his choice.

The Only People Olszewski protected by preventing Fannick from representing Cuadra were the dumbasses in the Luzerne County DA's Office, the dumbasses who actually had the fucking balls to go into court with shit about Bryan Kocis' FUCK CONTRACT with Sean Lockhart.
