Feb. 17 (Bloomberg) -- Naomi Fink, head of Japan strategy at Jefferies Japan Ltd. in Tokyo, talks about the implications of Olympus Corp.'s accounting scandal on corporate governance in the nation. Three former executives at Olympus, including ex-chairman Tsuyoshi Kikukawa, and four others were arrested yesterday for suspected violation of Japan’s Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.
